We're committed to finding accommodation options you'll love. Here's how our revision and refund process works.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR OPTIONS?

We'll send you new ones.

One round of revisions is included with every package at no extra charge. Just let us know what didn't work, and we'll find new options that better match your needs.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Before research begins:

  • You change your mind before submitting your trip details form

  • Your travel plans are canceled

After research is complete:

  • We're unable to find suitable options for your destination

  • There's a significant error or issue with our service

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You've received your shortlist and chosen not to use the revision option

  • You've already booked accommodation based on our recommendations

  • Your personal travel plans change after we've completed the research

  • You request a refund more than 14 days after receiving your shortlist

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at stays@foundyouastay.com with your booking details. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
